Can you ship my package internationally?
Answer:

At this time, we are only able to ship orders to addresses in the United States and Canada, but hope to expand our markets and ship internationally in the future.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Answer:

Once you have submitted your order, and during the processing time frame, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel an order.

What is your return policy?
Answer:

Just Jew It would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return merchandise purchased online it must fit the following criteria.

  • Items that have been laundered, washed, worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
  • Items you wish to return must be in their original condition within 14 days of the shipping date on your receipt received with your order.

Please inspect all goods upon arrival for order accuracy. Sender is responsible for return postage unless due to an error on the part of Just Jew It. Shipping costs are not refundable. Only the purchase price of the merchandise is.

Send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

If a return is received and it has been laundered, washed, worn, or altered in any way and or is out of the 14 day return period your item will not be credited to your account.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
